Description of the Charlotte vacation home rental

Lakefront home with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The grand master suite is 700 sq feet with see-thru fireplace from bedroom to whirlpool bath and double sized slate shower.

2nd master bedroom is on the main floor and has an oversized tub with travertine floor.

3rd bedroom with 2 double beds and toddler bed is on the 2nd floor. There is also a sleeper sofa in the great room.

The house can accommodate up to 10 people and is child and dog friendly. No cats! Other amenities include jungle-gym, dog door, fenced dog kennel and dog deck for them to dry on after swimming. A 20x20 great room has exposed cherry beams and large stone fireplace with gas logs. This house features include in-floor radiant heat, central A/C, stainless steel appliances including Viking cooktop, Corian, granite and birds-eye maple hardwoods and tile throughout.

There are three decks overlooking the lake. The main deck, 700 sq feet, is accessed from the great room, dining room, and driveway. The grand master suite has a balcony. There is also a deck off of the kitchen with a gas grill and patio. A three car garage is attached. The yard is professionally landscaped with a four season perennial garden and 200 feet of waterfront on a deep cove, great for swimming, boating, and fishing.

Catering is available for an additional charge.

The house is everything we expected. It was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. We would rent this house again and again.
