Lake Front on Lake Wylie--Minutes from the City

This is a place to relax and forget work and enjoy the water and the wildlife (during the day, you will both hear and see the eagles that live nearby). At the end of the day, you can enjoy the sunset over the water and watch the watercraft go by or even do a little fishing or swimming off of the dock. Even better, bring your own boat and tie up at the dock for your stay. To further your enjoyment of the water, our amenities include the use of a jonboat and a 4-passenger paddle boat. On the patio, we also provide a hammock and a swing so you can enjoy the view of the lake which can also be seen from overy room of the house.

Although you are in an established lake neighborhood, when you turn to go to Griff's Place, you leave the hustle and bustle of the busy world as you drive through a heavy wooded canopy to the lake. You feel like you are entering another world when the world's pace was a lot slower yet you are just a few miles from the city and its entertainment.

This house is located on the main channel of Lake Wylie in an established lake community. The house is located less than two miles from Interstate 485 which connects to Interstates 77 and 85. Even better, if you are flying into the city, the house is approximately 15 minutes from the airport. We are also located approximately 10 minutes from retail shopping such as Walmart, Bi-lo, Lowe's, Target, Marshall's, etc. So, if you desire serenity, you find it at Griff's, but if you are desiring shopping and entertainment, you are within 10-15 minutes of shops and great restaurants and even Carowinds! A great location if visiting family in Charlotte, Tega Cay, Lake Wylie, Rock Hill, Gastonia, etc.

The location of being so near Charlotte, yet a lake-front property, makes this a great location to visit.
