We rented the Townhome on Tranters Creek and we had a great time. Our son came up from Florida and we came over from Tennessee and met in Charlotte and had a great time. The home had everything we needed and the location was close to everything we wanted to see and do. My compliments to the owners and caretakers. We would definately come back if we have an opportunity to return to Charlotte.

My family really enjoyed staying at this property. The neighborhood was quiet and located close to many area attractions. My only complaint is that we have not received our security deposit as stated in the contract and it has been almost 2 months since our visit. Still waiting for a response from the owner...

We really enjoyed this place. It was very clean and felt like home. The only 2 drawbacks I had was, I forgot to get the password for the internet, and, the cable was very limited. No ESPN. I hope this place is available next year.

The townhouse was nice and the price was right. Note that you should bring your own dish towels and hand towels. We also wished there were more TV channels than the very few on the very basic cable offered. Great location near groceries & parks.

Clean, 20 minutes from downtown, dsl internet connection. Beats staying at a hotel. If it had more than just a handfull of cable channels and wireless high speed internet I would give it another star.

The townhouse was very comfortable, roomy, and in a great location. We enjoyed staying there. It was clean, and had nice linens. Only downfall was that there were not enough paper supplies - (t-paper). Also, there was a lamp in the corner of the room that appeared broken when we got there. It was propped in the corner and looked like it had been glued together. We just left it there, but wanted to bring it to your attention.
