 Much Better than a hotel, August 2, 2009

From shopping the property with Marian through the lodging process to receiving my security deposit back, Marian did exactly what she promised and there was absolutely no suprises. I would recommend this property or Marian to anybody that is staying in the Charlotte are for an extended period of time. Don't bother staying in a hotel this is much more convenient. It was so nice to have the extra room and easy parking.

I was very pleased at the accommodations of this rental the owner was always available and the unit was well maintaned. The location was close to stores and highways and the developement was extremly friendly and inviting. I wil definetly rent this unit again in the near future.

Everything in the house was as described and perfect for my trip. I travel for work constantly and always prefer a rental house over a hotel. A TV in every room, bbq, and internet was everything that I needed and got. Quick drive to the airport or to uptown Charlotte. There's also alot of restaurants close by if you don't feel like cooking. I recommend Wild Wings!

We were five people attending a local conference and needed a place to stay for a week. This was a much better choice than a hotel, since we were able to have more room to work on the conference and we were able to cook every night to save money. Marian was incredibly helpful in getting the proper invoices written for reimbursement from our school and getting payments squared away in a timely fashion. The condo is spacious, beautifully decorated, and located near any and every store you could ever need - including a 24-hour grocery store. I highly recommend this for your Charlotte stay, and we will be back if the conference comes through there again. No regrets, whatsoever, stay here!

I love this townhome; beautifully decorated and comfortable; CLEAN; great neighborhood & nearby amenities (shopping, movies, dining); Complimentary Movie Card was a nice touch. Note: Backyard patio seating would be nice. Looking forward to another stay soon!
