Description of the Chatham vacation cottage rental

This summer beach house was completely renovated. Renovations include, brand new kitchen with center island, new cabinets, new appliances, and new flooring throughout. The bathroom is brand new, too. It is fully tiled, crisp, and clean. A new mahogany entertaining deck with outdoor shower area has been added. New windows, doors, and lighting have been updated too. The house has also been redecorated with new furnishings. This truly is a unique beach house in an exclusive and quiet location - the quintessential summer cottage down the sandy lane. Located just a few miles from the town center, and within walking distance of both the Oyster River and Hardings Beach. This is prime Chatham!

Our family of 5 rented this adorable cottage in July of 2009. It was everything we expected and more. The newly remodeled home is beautifully decorated, neat and clean, and very cozy. When we arrived we found helpful information about the house and town and even fresh flowers on the dining table! The floor plan was perfect with nice-sized bedrooms, a good flow between kitchen and living room, and plenty of space both indoors and out for two adults and three children (11, 9 & 4). The owners were very accommodating and so easy to deal with. They clearly love their home and enjoy sharing it with other happy families. I'd recommend this wonderful home to anyone and hope that we can return ourselves someday.
