Partially wooded lot at the end of a cul de sac on child-safe street; South of Rt. 28! Family neighborhood 7/10 of a mile from Ridgevale Beach and 2+ miles from downtown Chatham with lovely shops and eateries. Chatham has several beaches, some on the ocean, some on Nantucket Sound and others on Pleasant Bay. There is a wonderful bike trail completed last year with easy access to neighboring towns. Band concerts on Friday evenings are a family favorite. Chatham has many delightful shops and wonderful restaurants. It is about midway on the cape which allows you to explore either end of the cape easily.
