Property includes a large backyard situated on .9+ acre with organic vegetable and flower gardens.

Four beautiful swimming beaches are located within walking distance. The property has direct access to the Atlantic Ocean via private path.

Sleeping accommodations in the main house include four bedrooms: (1) first floor master queen, (2) second floor over-sized twins, (3) first floor trundle twin, (4) second floor trundle twin, and two sleeper sofas.

The ��Kid ��s Out-back �� is located adjacent to the garage structure and includes ��child ��sized �� studio twins, toilet and sink.

This charming home is well equipped, well maintained and located in perhaps Chatham ��s most desirable location. No pets and no smoking. Must have strong references.

Rates:

$6,500 per week - July through August, Thanksgiving and Christmas

Generally, weekly rentals run from Saturday afternoon through Saturday morning. Deposits are 50%, plus security of $500, with the balance due 60 days prior to occupancy. Mandatory cleaning upon departure is $250. Sheets and towels are available at no charge - washing and folding $150. No pets and no smoking.

The property sits on .9+ acre in the 'Lighthouse Beach' area of Chatham, with an easy walk to town and attractions. Chatham is one of Cape Cod's most desireable locations. Shore Road is one of Chatham's most desireable locations.

We are located .3 miles South of the Chatham Bars Inn and 7 houses North of Main Street, on the Ocean side of Shore Road. There are no roads between the house and the Ocean.
