Generally, weekly rentals run from Saturday afternoon through Saturday morning. Deposits are 50%, plus security of $500, with the balance due 60 days prior to occupancy. Mandatory cleaning upon departure is $250. Sheets and towels are available at no charge - washing and folding $150. No pets and no smoking. Sorry, no wedding our reunion related events -- single family rentals only.

We are located .3 miles South of the Chatham Bars Inn and 7 houses North of Main Street, on the Ocean side of Shore Road. There are no roads between the house and the Ocean.
