Delightfully bright airy living room with Stereo/CD player, plus a large fire-placed family room with Cable, wireless Internet, and sliders to our private brick patio and backyard. Fully enclosed outdoor shower with hot/cold water and changing area. Basement with washer and dryer, and 5 bicycles for your enjoyment.
Modern, fully equipped kitchen with ample cupboard space, dishwasher, microwave/convection oven, and all the necessities. 1.5 Bathrooms, totally updated with tile floors, new cabinets, and fixtures.
Located on a quiet (child safe) private lane, steps away from a nice tennis court, basketball hoop, and play gym. Swim, fish, or simply stroll along Forest Beach one of Chatham's least crowded beaches--- an easy half mile walk away. Ridgevale, Red River. Pleasant Street, Cockle Cove, and Hardings Beach are within minutes. Bike trails, restaurants, grocery store, and ice cream are close by. If you enjoy Boogie Boarding, Waves, and Surfing, visit the National Seashore, about 15 minutes away. Within 1/2 mile walk to great coffee shop with rental videos, free movie nights, breakfast, lunch and pizza!

Area Information
40 minutes from the Sagamore Bridge. It is known for its quaint beautiful
town center that offers uniquie shopping, dining, and entertainment.
There are wonderful and interesting events throughout Spring, Summer, and Fall including theatre, Friday evening Band Concerts on the Green, nature trails, bike trails, boat trips, golf, Theatre, Museums, Whale Watching, and Cape Cod Baseball.
Chatham is the location for the ultimate vacation.

The property was very quiet and very private. You could not see or hear any neighbours. Mattresses were comfortable. All rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. It was very cosy.

We had a lovely stay. Nice comfortable house, close to the sea, very beautiful neighborood, absolutely quiet place. Typical local house. Chatham is a wonderfull town and perfect to discover Cape Cod.

This home is very cozy, well appointed, and ideal for families with children. The Chatham tennis courts are right down the hill and the beach is an easy walk. The owner of the home is very easy to work with and a very courteous, professional person.

cute,clean,comfortable,cozy and cosmopolitians. we had a wonderful time while attending a wedding and extenting our stay for a couple of days. everthing we needed (martini glasses?)made us feel at home. close to the beach and attractions. Must try Marion's Pie's. The house comes highly recommended

Lovely, the location is perfect. House itself is so complete, plenty of space and all you can think of is there. We enjoyed the barbecue and also played a number of tennis games, and the beach so close by!

We so much enjoyed our stay here in your lovely home. Everything exceeded our expectations from the comfortable beds to the lovely patio. We appreciated the quiet in the evenings. We hope to come back in future years.
