Description of the Chatham vacation home rental
Contemporary Cape Cod ranch with transitional levels adding interest and flow throughout. Our light filled home boast beautiful unobstructed water views of Emery Pond.

Master bedroom:

Guest rooms:
1 queen bed, 1 full bed, 2 bunk beds (4 twins).
Kitchen: 5 burner stove with dual fuel convection oven. Views of Emery Pond.
Dining room: Dining table seats 8-10 Views of Emery Pond
Living room: 32" tv w/HDMI, DVD, blueray, Cable, AC unit
Backyard: 1 propane grill, two 6-8 person table.
Pond: 2 person Pedal boat available.
JULY - AUG RATES:
One week minimum July, Aug. Rate $2200.00.
No additional fees.
Saturday - Saturday rental period.
SEPT. - JUNE RATES:
Nightly rates available during off season (Sept-June)
2 night minimum.
Holiday weekends 3 night minimum (see holiday rate policy).

Location:
5 minutes from Downtown Chatham.
2 blocks from newly paved bike trail connecting all of lower cape to Provincetown.
2.5 miles to several local beaches.
Emery Pond:
Private pond with direct access from our back yard (tested and deemed clean/swimmable by Town of Chatham).
Abundant and challenging LM Bass fishing keeps visitors returning for many years.
Pedal boat available.
Beaches:
Local Beaches are within 2.2 miles. Chatham is pleasantly situated on the elbow of Cape Cod and proximal to some of the most stunning, picturesque, beaches across the nation! Boasting beautiful sand dunes ... setting itself apart from beaches from East to West. Visit Marconi Beach, Coast Guard Beach - National Seashore, Cahoon Hallow and Race Point Beach.
Island Ferries:
Ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket in adjacent Town of Harwichport, and the Steamship Authority is 20 minutes away in Hyannis.

Beautiful getaway
September 7, 2012
This was a great house for our family. The single floor was really helpful for those with limited mobility. Sitting out on the deck with the view of the pond was a wonderful way to start our morning and end our day. The location was also great to be able to explore all areas on the Cape. We were able to utilize the lobster pot provided as well as the grill, which was a fun to spend an evening cooking. All of the windows between the dinning room and living room gave a very open feel. It was a fantastic place to spend a week. The owner was very quick to respond to questions and made the rental process a breeze. Thank you!

Memorable Experience
September 6, 2010
This was our first trip to Cape Cod and it was one of the best vacation our family has ever had. There were 10 of us and we all slept comfortably. The house is tastefully decorated and had everything we needed to prepare our meals. We enjoyed so much cooking together because the kitchen was big enough for the adults to help. The view of the pond was just breathtaking. What a magical place! We went bass fishing from just few steps away. The kids just love it. I never like fishing until I fish at this pond. The fish just kept coming. The town of Chatham was very quaint and just 5 minutes away. We will return here again and recommend it highly.

A GREAT vacation home!

This is the nicest home we have ever rented - It is spacious and well decorated and the view from the living room and deck are spectacular! We had fun in the pond with the Pedal Boat provided and our own Padel Board. The house was spotless when we arrived. There are several places where there are a few steps going down into the living room, dining room and out to the deck - not sure it will work next year when Chloe is one!

Beautiful Home with a Gorgeous View

This contemporary home is very spacious and well-stocked with everything you need for a family vacation or a get-away with your friends. The only caution is that even though the house is basically on one level, there are a few steps to go down to the living room and the dining room (without a railing) which could be a safety hazard for anyone with mobility issues. Otherwise, the house was perfect! And the view from the master bedroom and living room is so serene and wonderful to look at as you relax. I would definitely recommend this property.

I just wanted to let you know that we all had a MARVELOUS time at your Chatham home. We couldn't have been happier anywhere else. The house was absolutely beautiful-and I really enjoyed the view over Emery Pond. The edible arrangement basket was such a nice added bonus-thank you again...what a nice treat.
