Contemporary Cape Cod Ranch filled with beautiful views of Emery Pond. Direct access to private pond from back yard. Transitional levels provide a unique inviting flow throughout. Brazilian walnut floors integrated with red oak provides a warm indulging contrast to our uniquely designed cape cod home.

Sleeps 8-10 comfortably, with two full bath plus one half bath. Master bed room with king bed and master bath, steps down to slider overlooking Emery pond. Guest rooms are furnished with one queen, one full, and two bunk bed (4 twins).

Kitchen is fully equip with 5 burner, dual fuel convection oven. Dining room seats 8 comfortably. Both rooms are adjoined by glass wall boasting unobstructed views of the water.

On Old Queen Anne Road, 5 minutes from Downtown Chatham. Entrance to newly paved bike trail, connecting lower cape to Providence Town, is just two blocks away.

Several public beaches located within 2.5 miles.

On Emery Pond, a private swimmable pond, clean and filled with natural wildlife. Bass fishing intrigued return visitors for many years.

Located on the "Elbow" Chatham is centrally situated between Hyannis and Providence Town.
