Awesome Property!

I've been visiting Chatham for the last 10+ years and this is hands down one of the best overall properties I've stayed in. We have two young boys and they loved the fabulous yard and the Mill Pond across the house where there is a dock where we went fishing and kayaking from daily. The location is excellent -- can walk to town, restaurants and lighthouse beach. The house is equipped with everything you need -- grill, beach chairs, kayak, cooler and a great sound system for relaxing days at the home. Lastly, the owner is incredibly nice to deal with. My family is already asking when we are going back this home!
