3 bedroom cape cod house.2 bedrooms down and one large bedroom 2nd floor. 1 1/2 baths. Sleeps 6 , air mattress can be brought for children or adults to accomadte 8.campfire area with 20 logs provided.access to 100 feet of lakefront with dock & boatslip just a 1 minute walk down small grassy walk way to the lake front with picnic table,lawn chairs,small boat house with mini frig. Canoe. Great fishing.Village of Bemus Point one mile from house.8 miles from Chautauqua Institution-directly between ski areas of holiday valley and peak n peek. Fully furnished.Proper Baby Crib and High Chair.Linens are sheets and blankets for beds.Basic Cable and TV's in all rooms.Fans provide for all bedrooms. New Stove and Frig.Outside Patio and Lawn Furniture. Enclosed Sun porch. Dining nook. Small Brook for children to explore for crayfish,and Creek minows.Off season fee $650 weekly for 2009.June,July,August-$1200 weekly 2010. Will rent for the weekends off season per 2 day stay required.Price to be discussed, deposit required. Memorial Day Weekend $785 (Thursday thru Monday) Smoke if you must, but sun porch only or outside NO smoking in the house. THE DOCK COMES OUT SEPT 28th. NO TENTS ALLOWED DUE TO ZONING LAWS.Zoning rules are posted in the house.PARKING ONLY FOR 3 cars.REPEAT 3 CARS.Need to discuss the dog breed if you bring one.NO dobermin,pitt bull,boxer,mix ect do to insurance will not cover this type of dog.Small only 30 pounds or under.If you plan on touring it is not fair to your dog to leave a dog in a strange house. Chautauqua Lake is a beautiful 20 mile long lake.Great for boating,fishing,swimming.State Park 10 mins for fall walks.House is just outside the Village of Bemus Point,one mile shops,restaurants,fine dining hare n hounds, golfing till Oct. ferry that crosses the lake in town.Midway Park 15 mins with rides and games. Near Long Point State Park for snow mobiling,cross country skiing,summer biking and Fall walks. Lucy-Desi Museum 7 miles,Senca Casino 25 miles. Erie Zoo 40 mins. Water Park in Erie Pa 45 mins.Drive INN movie theather in Jamestown. A true good old drive-in. Pizza delivery service to the house from Coppola's Pizza . Only one dog if we approve.Size needs to be under 30 pounds.Perfer pet to have advantage flea control prior to stay.Any more than one pet on property security Dep will be forfitted.No Cats
Other Fees: MAID SERVICE EXTRA: If you want a mid week maid service or exit cleaning by "Gracie Made" Make beds,dust,vacum,mop,wipe down bath & kitchen for $50. If you want this service during your vacation we will set this up. Corporate rentals include maid service,bath towels,and Linen service. We will be flexiable on exit and entry due to travel and other guest coming and going.

We had a wonderful time at the cottage in Bemus. I was so impressed on how wonderfully clean and neat everything was. The view of the lake is beautiful and the back yard area is serene. We will definitely stay again because it's so much nicer to stay there than at a hotel or with family.

We had a wonderful time on vacation - our hosts Dan and Barb made our stay so enjoyable. The house is excellantly equiped to make our stay feel as if we never left home and yet the quietness of the property was relaxing. Walking the property gave us a time with nature that we miss when living in the city. The waterfront accessability was great as we enjoyed fishing, boating, swimming and relaxing at the shore to enjoy the beautiful view.

Very clean and comfortable cottage located very close to the shops in Bemus and only a stroll to the lake! The creek is fun for children to play in. Houses are spaced apart nicely, so you don't have to worry about "hearing the neighbors" Dan and Barb are wonderful owners to deal with.
