A perfect ski house locate 25 minutes from Gore Mountain with downhill and cross country skiing available. The lake freezes solid during the winter months. Snowmobiling, ice fishing and cross country skiing on the lake is available during that time. This home offers beautiful, tranquil views.

During the spring, summer and fall months this home offers a private beach. It is a 20 minute drive to Lake George, Six Flags Amusement Park and outlet shopping. It is close to numerous hiking and biking paths. There are also many boating and fishing opportunities.
