Charming apartment at the first floor of a modern countryside villa, surrounded by a glamorous garden with palms and olive trees, and with an enchanting view over the gulf Tigullio. It is placed at the top of Chiavari's hill at 4 km distance from the town centre (15 min. drive).
The apartment inside enjoys two comfortable double bedrooms, one bright living room, one dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom/toilet.
The outside of the apartment consists of a long balcony overlooking the garden, which leads to two entrances and to a cosy patio with a table and a barbeque corner.
The main entrance gives into the living room, the second entrance gives into the kitchen and allows to easily reach the patio where to have meals outside.
A private car park is available to the guests just in front of the the villa.

Ideal position either for hill-walking, horse riding or interesting trips to Cinque Terre villages and Portofino Bay.
Chiavari's hill area is served by bus, which can easly link the apartment to Chiavari city centre and the coast. Beaches are at 15 min. drive from the apartment. Handy public swimming pools and sporting centres can be reached in Chiavari and its area.

The most convenient motorway exit in order to reach this apartment is Chiavari exit, along the A12 Motorway Genova-LaSpezia
