Great City Views - 45th Floor (Best Rates in City) (#34773)

Write a review This condo was more than we expected. It was everything it said it would be. The view is amazing. We stood out on the balcony and could hear/see the blues fest taking place...from the comfort of our condo. We could walk to everything or take a taxi. We will stay here again if we come back to Chicago! We had a great time, and our time was full of Chicago because of our great location, ease of parking and included amenities. We had only a few days in Chicago but the time was bang, bang bang with the sights and sounds of Chicago. Any place we thought of going to was just minutes away. Whether walking, driving or the L, Chicago was at our feet. Coming back to to the 45th floor after an action packed day gave us the repose to review where we had been. Time was well spent when the accomodation ate up no time. We had never been to Chicago before and stayed here for a week. The condo is in a perfect, more upscale location, right next to Millenium park. The condo is really clean with an incredible view. It has great amenities and lots of room for 4 people, including 2 bathrooms! Loved that it had a washer and dryer. Pam went above and beyond for us. The building staff are also extremely friendly and the building has a cute coffee shop, great work out room with a jacuzzi and free use of computers/fax etc. This is a new subdivision so most of the taxi drivers had difficulty bringing us back to the condo- be prepared to keep an eye on where they're taking you! Can't wait to stay here the next time we visit Chicago! Excellent apartment with a great view and fantastic location. Just minutes from Michigan Ave and the trains. Spacious with lots of lights. Great kitchen. Onsite fitness facility is a plus, especially in the winter! What a great unit! We spent here around 1 week and we loved every minute. Great condo (enough space, valuable furniture, Washer, Dryer, Sat TV 2x, full kitchen and much more)! Great view (Michigan Lake, Millenium Park, Sears Tower)! Central Location downtown! And a big plus: gyn, pool, spa, Internet and a party lot (in Chicago Downtown). We were very sad when we had to leave Chicago and this condo. The best compliment I can give: We want to come back! All the comforts of home combined with the gorgeous view and the fantastic location (not to mention the friendly owners who made us feel like family) made this a perfect vacation!!! I only wish we could've stayed longer...or never left!!! Very comfortable space with modern interior. Kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms are clean and very up-to-date. View looks south. Gym, pool, and free computers and printers in the business office were greatly appreciated. Will return again. WOW!!! What an AWESOME place. Thank you for allowing us to use your lovely home. The location is PERFECT, and the views are breathtaking. Thank You Thank You This is a great condo. More than we expected. Located within a few blocks of everything we wanted to see and do. The condo includes, washer/dryer, Sat TV, full kitchen. The building amenities include Pool, Work-out rooms, Spa, Business Office, Game room and Meeting rooms. We will definitely be back on our next visit. We enjoyed 4 nights in this lovely condo and the view and location could not be beat! The park is perfect for kids and the unit is quiet and has all the comforts of home. Ben and Pam were wonderful hosts. We can't wait to come back! What a great location! We were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to do, and the condo is wonderful! Great view, we were even able to watch the fireworks over the lake from our room! Couldn't ask for better and when we make our way back to Chicago we will definately make sure this room is available! Thanks for everything. This is a great unit to rent. The location is ideal, you can walk to lots of places and there are lots of things to do close by. The unit itself is very nice and very comfortable and the building has some nice amenities. There is a great view and we enjoyed using the binoculars that the owner has in the unit too. and awesome views from this well-appointed 45th floor apartment. Just minutes from Millenium and Grant Parks where the City of Chicago hosts many events, minutes from shopping, stores, Chicago River walk, and classic Chicago Hot Dog and Italian Beef shops. Great amenities in the building include a great fitness center, business center with internet access, pool with gas grills. The gracious owners meet and greet you with a personal touch; would definitely stay here again. The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable in a great location with stunning views. It is a terrific place to stay. This is an incredible unit with very reasonable price. The view is amazing and the unit itself is very clean and modern. Owners were very helpful and kind to us. We felt like we were staying at our best friend's condo. They have everything - full kitchen with complementary tea/coffee - gourmet stuff -, washer/dryer, wireless internet and etc. 3 nights and 4 days were too short! We will definitly check back if this unit is available when we visit Chicago again. Thank you!!! Incredible view. Clean and nicely furnished. Awesome amenities. Very professional and helpful owner. So much nicer than a hotel. We would definitely consider staying there again.
