Description of the Chicago vacation apartment rental

The property in our garden apartment has been fully remodeled and was recently converted into two units separated by a door with a double-sided lock for privacy:

The unit has a private entrance accessed off the street.

There is a full kitchen with a breakfast bar.

The bed is in a 'den' off the living room area and has a queen sized bed.

The living room has a Samsung™ 40" flat-screen TV with premium digital cable.

The bathroom has a double vanity and a large walk-in shower.

There is complimentary wireless Internet access.

Thank you for your interest in our vacation condo in Chicago. Our apt is very close to Wrigley field, Very well maintained. around the area you can find easily supermarket, bars restaurants, pubs.

Easy transportation by taxi, bus, or the metro, take you straight to heart of Chicago.

our price is base in double accommodation and a extra charge will apply depend on number of guests. normally $10 each extra guest per night.

We provide folding beds, so can accommodate up to 4/6 guest depend on occasion.

The rates are :

$100/130 week rate ( minimum 3 nights sun-mon-tue-wed-thu)
$130/150 weekend rates ( nights fri- sat)
$700/800 per week ( 7 nights)

extra adult guest $10 per night ( kids are free under 12)

$40 cleaner fare charge per stay.
