We were pleased with the condo and Alix was very nice, easy to work with, and accommodating. The condo is a small one-bedroom, but very nice; better than a hotel room. The condo features nice hardwood floors, with heated ceramic in the bathroom. The bathroom has a deep tub with jets, but the shower water pressure is low. The king bed was comfortable. The rest of the condo consisted of an open kitchen/living area. There is also a computer in the living room with free wifi. The view from the condo was very nice. If you look to the left there is a power plant, which is not so lovely, but the view of the river and downtown buildings was so nice you don't even notice the power plant. There is no balcony, but we didn't mind because it was cold when we were there. It is a pretty great location, although it would be better to be a little further north. However, we walked from the condo to the fountain, millenium park, all the way up the magnificent mile to the John Hancock building and back down to the apartment in one day. The Willis (Sears) building was within walking distance and one of the Giordanno's pizza places is right on the way. Take a walk southeast of the condo to 11 city diner; great bloody mary and food.

We had a great time in Chicago this past weekend (GO TEXANS by the way!!). The owner Alix was great, she was willing to meet with us at 9:00pm since our flight came in late, and the condo was beautiful and very comfortable. I would recommend this unit to anyone staying in Chicago! We were very close to everything, and just a short ride away from Millenium Park, Soldier Field, Navy Pier and more. (About 5 min drive). Great unit!! Thanks Alix!!

We enjoyed our weekend stay. Excellent accomodations and location. Close to public transportation and was very easy to move about the great City of Chicago. Would stay there again the next time we visit.

My family and I have just returned from our vacation to Chicago. The 4 of us stayed in this rental property and found it to be a great location to experience city living. The apartment was very comfortable and the view is spectacular. You see the Chicago River and Lake Michigan that also includes the Navy Pier. I did a lot of research in finding just the right spot for us to have a great experience and considering the location and view, was very pleased with the cost. It is much more comfortable than a hotel room. Although we never cooked in, it is very convenient having a full kitchen. There is a grocery store within close walking distance. Irina was so helpful. She was there upon our arrival and guided us to a parking garage which helped relieve us of some immediate stress upon arrival of a big city like Chicago.

Gorgeous views, location is pretty good, very clean, modern, great contact with owners, secure & safe. The only 2 things I wish were different were the vertical blinds & the heat. A lot of the slats on the blinds were missing & the light coming through the window in the morning was not good for sleeping in. Also, there was a warm spell while we were there, but the heat could not be controlled because apparently the building controls the heat. Even with the windows open, it was pretty hot. Other than that it was a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend this apartment especially for the value since hotels in Chicago are quite expensive. The buses & trains are only a 5 minute walk away. The view is absolutely gorgeous & it's very nice having a full kitchen. The bedroom & living room are very comfortable. I was confused by the blinds because how hard is it to fix them? Hopefully they have been fixed & you can sleep in a little on your vacation.

We had a great stay at the condo. I've never had such an easy and cheap parking situation in the many times i have traveled to chicago. you can't beat it. I think the apartment could use some more lighting, and cleaning supplies would be helpful. Besides that, we would definitely rent this place again.

Our unit was not very clean--the carpets were stained and the walls very scuffed. The shower curtain was mildewed and the dishwasher and phone not working at all. Very disappointed as we thought a luxury condo would be really nice and upscale.

WOW. This place is STUNNING! Everything was spotless when we got there. The view was BREATHTAKING. Very comfortable seating and bedding. Nice-sized kitchen! Why go to a hotel when you can stay here? The owners are very hospitible, friendly, and willing to work with you! I stayed here for two nights in January 09, and I JUST booked for a second stay this weekend, February 09! I couldn't ask for better service. The area is great, walking distance to major attractions, and to the subway! I honestly do not have anything negative to say about my stay, I was impressed! The photos do not do this place justice, it so SO beautiful, inside and out! I highly reccommend anyone to stay here! You won't regret it! :)
Thank you for accommodating us this weekend. The condo was comfortable and very nice.
