Area Information

Logan Square is a community area located on the northwest side of the City of Chicago. The name, used here to describe the city-designated community area defined by U.S. census tracts, also applies to one of a number of smaller, more loosely defined residential neighborhoods within the Logan Square community. The Logan Square neighborhood is centered on the public square that serves as its namesake. Logan Square proper houses the 3-way intersection of Milwaukee Avenue, Logan Boulevard and Kedzie Boulevard.

The community area of Logan Square is, in general, bounded by the Metra/Milwaukee District North Line railroad on the west, the North Branch of the Chicago River on the east, Diversey Avenue on the north, and Armitage on the south. The area is characterized by the prominent historical boulevards and large bungalow-style homes.

Nice Clean Apt

Hello, We were a party of 5 staying in the 2 bedroom apt in Logan Square. We were about 15 mins car ride from everything. The apt was kept clean just no drawer space and no tvs in the room. The kitchen was well equipt with all the necessary apliances. The entrance to the apt building could use some work. Chiped wood and just old school locks.But once you go inside the apt has been remodeled and ample space. In conclusion for the price we couldnt beet it. The neighborhood was nice..

Great place but falls a bit short on the basics

Very modern building in a great location (across from Millennium Park and the lake, right in the loop area, near many transit lines). The building has the best gym I've seen in a condo building, a nice pool (although it's smaller than it appears on the website photo), hot tub, public access computers (although the internet access doesn't always work). Our only complaint was that some of the basics were neglected - there were few dishes, we were missing one pillow case, the duvet did not have a duvet cover and seemed well worn (to say the least!), and no hair dryer. All in all, a great place but one would expect these basics to be covered for the price that is being charged.
