Very satisfied! The condo was great, wonderful location. We did need help with the dvd and we got help right away. Anything we needed was taken care of. We hope to come back again!! All I can say that our stay at the condo on the 32th floor (2br, 2bath) was perfect: when we arrived everything was well prepared (access to the keys and parking garage), the condo was well equipped and everyone was very nice to us. And of course, we had a great view, a 2 min walk to the Magnificent Mile and to a bus stop from which several lines depart so we had only 10 min to go nearly every point of interest. Our third trip and we cut back on luxury on the 53rd and went for the 27th. 2nd bath was kinda small and a lack of closet space was only reason for lack of 5 star. Danny at the front desk was a wealth of knowledge and rendered incredible hospitality. Will always recommend 30 E Huron. Our small family business used the penthouse on the 54th floor while we attended a convention and we had a fantastic time. The view day and night was incredible, the living space was so comfortable and just around the block was all the shopping and great eats you could hope for. The apt itself was so comfortable and homey we wish we had had more time to just hang out and relax. We rented a 2 bedroom 1 bath at 30 E. Huron.We were on the 29th floor. It was everything they said it would be AND it was just like the pictures. Perfect location -perfect Accommodations. Clean-Bright and cheerful-fully equiped-beautiful. Anything you want/need is near by. We loved it and I'm happy to say-we will stay there again. Great location 2 blocks from the heart of the Magnificant Mile. Nice apartment with all amenities as described. Even the doorman was nice and helpful. I will come back. We loved staying here. The views were breathtaking! This condo is close to everything, and has more conviences than a hotel. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was convenient, the bathrooms were great, I don't have a bad thing to say about it. You can walk to Michigan Ave. and are within a $10-$15 cab ride to most other areas of the city. The doorman and other residents of the condo were extremely friendly, and the owners were very pleasant to work with and very helpful. I will definitely stay here again when we visit Chicago. This is a great unit with an unbelieveable view. Within easy walking distance of good grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, many Chicago sites and the CTA metro. The den, with two twins, is small and while it sleeps two persons, it's definitely cozy. No closet space in that room either so you have to store your clothes in the other bedroom closets. Great pool and workout room on site too. This was our families first trip to Chicago. The Gold Cost location of this condo was absolutely the best in Chicago. Walking distance to the Restaurant District, Mag Mile, train and buses. During our five day visit, we never used our vehicle once. The photos of this condo don't do it justice. We had a great view of the city, including views of Lake Michigan. Staff at the condo were extreamly helpful and friendly. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The pool area with grilling deck and professional workout facility were great. Highly recommend staying at this condo for any reason when visiting Chicag. We rented a 3bed, 2bath apt on 53rd floor for 6 days. Views were amazing. Fantastic location for shopping, restaurants and tourist sights. The apt had everything we needed (except beach towels!). The kids loved the swimmimg pool. Parking space for $25.00 a day was worth the cost. I recommend this apt, we will rent again. Great location -very clean. Everything worked well so would very much recommend the unit at 30 East Huron The location was perfect. I stayed for 1 week to visit my daughter. Since her apartment is a very small studio(in Lakeview), I wanted a place with comfortable space where we could relax, hang out, and catch up. This was all that I dreamed it would be. During the day, I could easily occupy myself walking, shopping, eating, swimming, etc. I always felt safe and welcome by the door staff. Then in the evenings when she got off work we sometimes ate in enjoying the view. I would definitely stay here again. We're a family of 4 and rented a 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo. The apartment was perfect for our needs and the Fitness Centre and Pool / BBQ area were fantastic. Great location, walking distance to Michigan Ave, Navy Peer (a little further) and Public Transport. Can highly recommend for families. The building is in a great location a couple blocks off of Michigan Ave. Made walking there very convinient. Within walking distance of several good restaurants which was also good for our group. The door staff was great as they were always more than willing to help in anyway that we needed. The condo itself was great. The views of the city were excellent. All the furninshings were fine. All in all a great value over in any hotel. Everyone in my group was definitely impressed and we plan to return again! We stayed in a small 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit on the 31st floor, and were amazed by the modern, stylish condo and the fantastic location! The condo actually looked like it came straight out of a designer showcase! We had wonderful views from all of the windows, and were within walking distance of many restaurants, shops and interesting sights. The doorman was very helpful, also. If we are in the Chicago area in the future, we would be very happy to stay here again! Great view of the city and Navy Pier! The layout was perfect for a family. The dining room table begged to have dinner enjoyed while looking at the view. The kitchen had everything required to whip up such a meal. The bedrooms were separated so everyone had there own private space. The decor was so relaxing. What a great place to end the day after a touring the Windy City! We were very pleased with our stay in this unit. It was as advertised. Renting 2 units in the same building made our family trip very enjoyable. One block from red line. 3 blocks from Michigan Ave. Room on 49th floor but elevators moved about 1 floor per second. No problems. Will stay here again. We had a fantastic vacation in Chicago and that condo was so great and handy for our family of 5. The kids had their space and loved the pool as the weather was so great. They were amazed by the views and was so ease to go around and walk as the location is very good! This is the first review I have ever felt compelled enough to take my time and write. The apartment is great; clean, roomy, well-laid out. The building is secure and the doorman are polite. The location is wonderful, just steps from Rush Street, a 3 minute walk to the action on Michigan avenue. The VIEW is OUT OF THIS WORLD and completely understated on the website. From this apartment, you have a view of the entire city!!! Absolutely breathtaking!!!! I see so many positive reviews that I'm worried we won't be able to get this place when we need it next. I've stayed in many downtown and north side locations and this is as good as any of them. I can't imagine how you can beat this if you are a family or two couples. If you tire of the great eateries within a few blocks, the kitchen is well stocked with culinary equipment. You already know about the views, but I'd also mention the swift elevators, friendly doormen and the fact that the entrance is on a fairly quiet, one-way street (helpful if you arrive in your own car). Bottom line....it's all good. Great view of concrete City. The views are better than the TV. All the comforts of home and then some. All we needed was a maid and a cook and it would have been a prize winner. The location was great and not needing a taxi too get around. Whole Foods just a block away and almost the same for the Magnificent Mile. Loved this place! Spectacular views. Nicely furnished. Excellent Location. Better than a hotel. Perfect really. I highly recommend it, and already have to many people. The apartment was lovely, very clean with all necessary facilities and a beautiful view. We were close to everything, a walk away from lots of restaurants and shops. We would stay there again in a heartbeat! We stayed here in August (2 adults, 2 children). Awesome location and really awesome accomodations! Beautiful apartment, great space and fabulous amenities...rooftop pool and barbcue...great for couples and families. The best way to stay in Chicago...felt like I lived there for a weekend! Our family met here for a reunion and each family got just the unit they needed. We were all able to eat in for breakfast and even sometimes lunch as the kitchen had everything we needed. The furnishings were beautiful and the location the best. We were right beside the Penninsula in a full condo for the price of a hotel room. We are coming back! They have units of all sizes and every unit had a nice view.
