Description of the Chicago vacation condo rental

This stylish, completely renovated Condominium offers spectacular views from the 55th floor of the Chicago skyline and Lakeshore. It contains one bedroom with queen beds plus queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room , one full bath, and can comfortably sleep up to four people. The property contains a full state of the art fitness center, outdoor heated rooftop pool, and an outdoor deck with gas grills! Additional onsite amenities include an entertainment room (complete with a full kitchen, projection screen TV, pool table, 2 card tables), and a state of the art Theatre Room complete with floor to ceiling screen, surround sound, and stadium style seating for 12!

The interior includes granite countertops and ceramic tile floors in the the kitchen and both baths.

You are right in the middle of all downtown Chicago has to offer with world class (Magnificent Mile) shopping two short blocks away. You also are just a short walk away from the finest dining in the area (Rush St and State St). Enjoy these luxury accomodations for about what you would pay for a nice hotel downtown.

The unit is available for weekend get-aways, a week-long vacation, or monthly corporate rental.

When we got into the apartment and saw the view WHOW it was great! The fireworks on saturday evening by Navy Pier were were nice from the apartment. Thank you Jim and Jeri-Lou we are so happy that we found your condo on the internet. Everythin in the flat was perfect. Even if we (the swedish people) had some trouble with "jet lag" we had a wonderful time.

Jim and Jeri-Lou, thank you so much for allowing us to stay in such a great place. You have set up the condo so well, so that we felt welcomed and right at home so easily. The extra touches with all the supplies and consideration is so much appreciated. We’ve stayed in condos in other cities during our travels and have never stayed somewhere where the owners have been so considerate with stocking their place with not only all the essentials, but the little extras that mean so much. The pens & Papers, binoculars, paper towels, zip lock bags, salt & pepper, etc, etc. I know that sounds minor, but when you feel that your little needs are taken care of, it makes the experience so much nicer.

We enjoyed just ordering out dinner or desserts some nights and looking out at the view. It’s been very relaxing and fun. We’ll definitely come back & stay again!!

Dear Jim & Jeri-Lou –
Upon entering your place, the view of the lake was terrific! – Wasn’t sure we would be getting a lake view – this was a pleasant welcoming site. Enjoyed the night view just as much, sorry we missed catching Oprah through the binoculars, but the fireworks ended our stay with a spectacular ending! Had a terrific stay!

I couldn't have asked for a nicer experience for a mother/daughter weekend. Although my daughter lives in burbs of Chicago, it was quite a treat to stay downtown. My husband and I spent April 13 to April 18 in Jeri-Lou and Jim's condo. We have rented other places in Europe and their condo was the best in terms of cleanliness, location,view, extras--kleenex,paper towels, spices,detergents etc. and the towels and bedding were fabulous. The location couldn't have been better--within walking distance of all major attractions and shopping--Whole Food store is 2 blocks away.Jim's professional communication and organization took away any doubts of suitability of their delightful accomodation. A definite 4 star!

The glass wall between the bedroom and living room opens up the view incredibly. It was glorious! We even had the pleasure of meeting Jim & Jeri-Lou, very nice people. Every amenity was here to make our stay perfect. We will definitely love to stay again. These last few days have been the best of our lives thus far, the condo was just the icing on the cake!
