Taylor's Place Chicago is a high-rise one bedroom condominium vacation rental located in Downtown Chicago, a quaint neighborhood just a few blocks south of the busy downtown business district, the loop, and just west of Grant Park. The condo is located 1.7 miles north of McCormick Place Convention Center at State and 9th street. It is perfect for your next holiday in Chicago.

A tourist's dream, Taylor's Place Chicago puts you right in the heart of Chicago, but with a neighborhood feel. This downtown neighborhood is filled with small cafes, bookshops and coffee houses. Ideally situated for business meetings downtown or conventions at McCormick Place.

Taylor's Place Chicago is within walking distance to the Loop, McCormick Place, Grant Park, the Art Institute, downtown locations of DePaul University, Columbia College Chicago, Roosevelt University, and easily accessible to public transportation which can get you virtually anywhere in Chicago. The CTA Blue, Red, Green, and Orange lines (as well as numerous buses) have stops within 4 blocks of Taylor's Place Chicago.

Lodging Tax: 11.90

Reservations: A credit card is required at the time of booking your reservation for the $15 booking fee. You will be charged the full amount of your stay one day prior to arrival. Any additional costs for damages, lost keys, or extra cleaning cost that result from your stay will be charged to the credit card on file.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel at any time, you will be charged a $20 cancellation fee. If you cancel within 14 days of check-in an we are unable to re-book those nights, you will be charged for a 2-night stay. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE IN WRITING, BY FAX/EMAIL & YOU MUST RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION.

Parking: An additional $10 per day is required for access to the parking garage.

This property was absolutely perfect in every way! The owner takes great pride in the property and it shows. All the comforts of home are here and then some. Although the pictures are great, they don't truly show how gorgeous and comfortable this "home away from home" is. We will return to Chicago and can only hope that this property will be available.
