The Franklin Flat has been designed with you comfort in mind. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all appliances, breakfast bar, and everything you need to whip up wonderful gourmet meals for your family or friends. The beds have comfortable mattresses and linens so you can sink into a relaxed sleep. Other amenities include: dining area, hardwood floors, high ceilings, crown molding, wood burning fireplace, (wood provided upon request), nice city views from all windows, a patio seating for 4 and a gas Weber grill, a 32 inch LCD flat screen television, queen beds in all bedrooms, I pod docking station, a surround-sound stereo, CD, and DVD player, high speed wireless internet, large bathroom with double bowl sink (towels provided), include toiletries such as shampoos, conditioners, lotions and more. We also include one free parking space with your rental and street parking for additional vehicles.

The owner was most personable, and the neighbors in the building very helpful. The neighborhood felt quite safe... Quality of the beds needs to be improved!... Cleaning a bit more around the edges would be good....

The apartment is lovely, high ceilings and a big bathroom and kitchen. It's right next door to our favorite restaurant, Kiki's, and also MK. The location is absolutely perfect. We'll definitely stay here again.

This 3 bedroom apartment in River North is beautifully decorated, cozy and in the perfect location. I booked this apartment for my family who was in town for a birthday party and it was perfect. Yvonne was very helpful in getting us booked and into the apartment. I highly recommend it for your Chicago stay!
