Required Stay: three night minimum for winter special rate
Lodging Tax: tax included in rent
Deposits: RESERVATIONS require half of rental fee. Balance of 2nd half of rental fee and cleaning fee is due 10 days prior to arrival. DEPOSIT: All rentals, regardless of length of stay, require a security deposit of $300. Credit card will be held as additional security deposit for damages.
Other Fees: $85 one-time cleaning fee. Save on any extras by leaving it extremely clean when you check out. *** Please leave unit clean when you leave. *** $2 additional per night if street parking permits is requested.

A group of us were lucky enough to find this rental for our trip to Chicago. Not only was it a cost saver it was a home away from home. Though we did not spend a large amount of time in the unit, the time that we were there was very comfortable and spacious and had everything you would need, including the privacy that you would expect at home. The location is ideal, only a few blocks from the Sears Tower and the train stop, though we spent most of the time in downtown on foot (not something that is possible in Texas). And if you are looking for the most amazing brunch then go Orange which is conveniently 2 blocks down!

This is very nice apartment to stay when you visit the Chicago. It is spatial place with kitchen and living room in lower lever and two bedrooms in upper lever. You feel that you are at your own home. It locates by the Chicago River. It is only a few blocks away from busy down town district. It is very convenient for any occasion. Highly Recommended!!!
