New historic condo is ideal for conventioneers and vacationers. Condo is located just a two minute walk to McCormick Place and a twelve-minute walk to Soldier Field, Grant Park, The Museum, and Shed Aquarium. Condo is located on the top floor with spectacular views of the convention center.

Building features a secured entrance, ample parking and an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances to accent the matching maple cabinets and hardwood floors. Granite countertops add further to the ambiance. Soundproofed floors keep outside noise to a minimum. Rooms are furnished with Room and Board furniture.

Cleaning service can be provided every other night for an additional $55 per occurrence.

My husband and I stayed here and really loved it! The place was perfect for the two of us with everything we needed. It was very clean as well, and the bed was better than any hotel bed I had ever slept on. There was some construction going on in the building, but they seemed to keep it in small sections and we never heard them working. We were able to walk to soldier field where we saw an event and to the aquarium and Field Museum. The only thing we regret is not staying longer, we'll definitely come back and stay here again.
