Description of the Chicago vacation condo rental

Features 3 "independent" self catering units in the same building with fully functional kitchens. Coffee, tea, snacks, toiletries and all linen provided.

Unit 1 - High 1st Floor:
3 bedrooms with a king size bed in master bedroom, 2 twin beds in 2nd bedroom, a queen size bed in 3rd bedroom, a living room which has a comfortable full size pull-out couch, dining room, and 1 bathroom. Max occupancy 6 - 7.

Unit 2 - 2nd floor:
3 bedrooms, 1 den. There is a queen-size bed in each bedroom, a full futon bed in the den, a living room, dining room, and 1 bathroom. Max occupancy 7 - 8.

Unit 3 - Lower Floor:
2 bedrooms with a queen-size bed in each bedroom, a living room which has a comfortable full size pull-out couch, dining room, and 1 bathroom. Max occupancy 4 - 6.

All units may be rented together for large gatherings of upto 20 people. Perfect for hosting graduation / wedding / anniversary / re-union & business convention groups.

Area Description

Beautiful Victorian in the heart of Lincoln Park, one of Chicago's most desirable neighborhoods. Safe neighborhood, on a quiet street. "Free" visitor parking permits provided. Easy Parking, six minutes walk from public transportation - CTA (near Fullerton Train Station - Red or Brown line).

Excellent Lincoln Park Location, October 14, 2009

We rented the first floor of this property for the long weekend surrounding the 2009 Chicago Marathon. It's a great location (in the middle of Lincoln Park, near but not too close to the El, on a very quiet street, within walking distance of a great many bars and restaurants) and a perfect setup for a small group (six, in our case) for a long weekend. We did have one small problem (the water heater pilot went out so we didn't have hot water), but the host had it fixed within an hour or two. All in all, it's a fine place in a very good location. We'll certainly keep it on our list of options for the next time we visit Chicago.

Great place and a great value, August 11, 2009

I had family in town and my place is way to small for them to stay with me. The condo was big, clean, and had all the amenities everyone needed. Everyone had a great time, and saved a lot of money over staying at a hotel and eating out for every meal. It was a great experience.
