Unit 1 - High 1st Floor:
3 bedrooms with a king size bed in master bedroom, 2 twin beds in 2nd bedroom, a queen size bed in 3rd bedroom, a living room which has a comfortable full size pull-out couch, dining room, and 1 bathroom. Max occupancy 6 - 7.
Unit 2 - 2nd floor:
3 bedrooms, 1 den. There is a queen-size bed in each bedroom, a full futon bed in the den, a living room, dining room, and 1 bathroom. Max occupancy 7 - 8.
All units may be rented together for large gatherings of upto 14 people. Perfect for hosting graduation / wedding / anniversary / re-union & business convention groups.

Apartment in Chicago

We had 7 women from the ages of 9 to 59 stay here and it was great. The kitchen was fabulous for making breakfast and coming home at night was a welcome rest after a busy day. The apartment is quiet, close to the L and the beach.

Much better than a hotel for a family

We stayed in unit 1 and briefly in unit 3, and it was extremely comfortable for our family of 4. The building was comfortable and very quiet and in a very residential neighborhood. Our toddler very much enjoyed the Chicago Park District park which was one house away, with its playground equipment for kids 2-12, a sandbox and swings. The apartment was 4 blocks from the subway, ie, "The El," and 3 blocks from the Fullerton Ave. bus. Parking was easily obtained right in front of the house. When we were looking for a place to stay for 10 days in Chicago, we found this apartment was comparably priced to one-room hotel room downtown, but this was far more comfortable and actually less expensive since we cooked some of our own food in the well-stocked kitchen.

We were a group of six and stayed in 2 of the upper units while in town for a conference; a great property in a great location for a great price; quick walk to subway will get you anywhere quickly; highly recommended.

Only two shortcomings: 1.no working light in the rear bedroom; and 2.dishwasher unlevel, causingtrays to slide out unless door is latched ... this can be easily fixed by placing a shim under each of the front feet.

Excellent Lincoln Park Location

We rented the first floor of this property for the long weekend surrounding the 2009 Chicago Marathon. It's a great location (in the middle of Lincoln Park, near but not too close to the El, on a very quiet street, within walking distance of a great many bars and restaurants) and a perfect setup for a small group (six, in our case) for a long weekend. We did have one small problem (the water heater pilot went out so we didn't have hot water), but the host had it fixed within an hour or two. All in all, it's a fine place in a very good location. We'll certainly keep it on our list of options for the next time we visit Chicago.

Great place and a great value

I had family in town and my place is way to small for them to stay with me. The condo was big, clean, and had all the amenities everyone needed. Everyone had a great time, and saved a lot of money over staying at a hotel and eating out for every meal. It was a great experience.
