Condos have full baths and kitchens & everything you would need at home starting from $159 (OFF PEAK) per night and $195/night (PEAK SEASON).
Located on the north side of the city, right off the lake. Minutes from Michigan Ave, Millennium Park, shopping, Wrigley Field, Navy Pier, museums, Lakeview, Lincoln Park, Gold Coast, Hollywood Beach, Andersonville.

Thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay in the Metro Building condo on the 22nd floor with a beautiful view of Lake Michigan. Condo was nicely furnished with all the amenities one could want. Art and Bill were great "landlords". We hope to return for another visit and maybe next time move up to the higer floor.

A few friends and I recently stayed in the 53rd floor condo of Park Towers for a Bachelorette party. There are at least 9 large windows facing Lake Michigan and the view is STUNNING!!! The condo itself was tastefully decorated, clean and homey. You could tell that Bill and Arthur took time to make their guests comfortable. The beach was a short walk away as well as the Redline, which we took to some fun bars in Wrigleyville. We felt safe walking the neighborhood and parking our vehicles in the $10 parking lot. We caught an Estate sale on the floor above us where we bought some items we couldn't live without! I will be recommending the condos to friends and urge visitors on the Chicago Vistas website to check this property out. Thank you Bill and Arthur for making the stay memorable for the bride-to-be and her entourage! Nicole

Three of us stayed comfortably in the studio unit. Close to public transit and lake in a lovely neighbourhood. Fabulous views of the city. Extremely clean with attention to detail - fresh flowers throughout. Art and Bill were very accomodating. Highly recommended!

My friend and I stayed in the studio apartment for five nights in July 2010, and enjoyed every moment of it! The studio is spotlessly clean, stylishly furnished, and well equipped. It provided ample space for two gals out to enjoy a Chicago vacation. Our hosts anticipated our needs and provided for anything else we mentioned as well. They were knowledgeable about Chicago and the Andersonville area, and went above and beyond with their friendliness and hospitality. The 48th floor offered fabulous views (we counted no less than 20 different fireworks shows in progress on July 4th!). Location-wise it is in a quiet neighborhood, but well-located to take advantage of all that Chicago has to offer. We parked in the lot across the street, which was reasonably-priced and secure. The express bus to the Downtown/Magnificent Mile/Millennium Park area picked us up right in front of the building about every 12 minutes, whisked us to the big tourist attractions in 15 minutes. The "El" red line was about 2 short blocks away, and was also a good alternative. Foster Beach was a 5 minute walk. Grocery stores, restaurants, and convenience markets were conveniently located as well. If you are looking for a great location from which to explore Chicago, and a comfortable and elegant accommodation, this is the place for you!
My better half and I stayed in the studio apartment for a weekend getaway from Dubuque, IA. We found the location to be exactly where we wanted for access to the bike trail along the Lake Shore, easy bus access just outside the high rise for shopping, dinner, and nightlife near Michigan Ave. You must visit the quaint shops and restaurants within walking distance on Clark St. too!! For even more convenience there is a grocery store at the bottom floor if you wanna grab something on the fly. The owners are great to deal with and very friendly! We'll be back for sure! :) thanks! My husband and I needed a last minute retreat in the city. I found this quaint apartment north of downtown in charming Andersonville. My expectations were exceeded the moment I walked in the door to see a breathtaking view of downtown and a spotlessly clean apartment. The owner was more than helpful with any questions that we had. I highly recommend renting this apartment.
