Description of the Chicago vacation condo rental
The Casa's unique layout features luxuries most people forget about while living in the city. The main floor consists of the living room, dining room, kitchen, and half bathroom. The view from the living room is very unique; it features 10 large windows that wrap around the entire living room. The kitchen is new and offers all of the modern essentials.
The downstairs is designed as a master suite. There is a large walk-in closet with both his and her style organization. Off of the bedroom you’ll find a whirlpool duet steam washer and dryer. Also adjoining the room is a large cedar wrapped spa with large Jacuzzi and attached steam room with shower.
**We do occasionally allow pets, BUT you have to tell us before you book otherwise you might be boarding them at the nearest dog boarding facilities. We don't allow just any pet. We DO have restrictions. See the policies on our other links below.**

Beautiful place, close to downtown

We stayed in the upstairs apt. It was wonderfully laid out, with all mod cons. The apartment was spacious and I felt very safe walking around the neighbourhood. The apt is advertised as being close to the blue line, which it was, however each time I took the blue line from downtown I had a bad experience. After the second day I decided to only use the pink line, which is slightly further away ( the Polk station is less than ten minutes walk from the apt) but I felt safer on this line and also it goes directly to the loop which makes for easier connections. There were lots of lovely restaurants close by and my teenagers said that the best pizza they had during our stay was from Taylor made pizza on Taylor street. If I was coming to Chicago again I would definitely stay here again.
Owner's reply:
The Pink Line is another option (that is newer as well) that we sometimes forget about as the blue line is a bit closer. There is also a bus stop located on the same block which I sometimes prefer over the train lines.

Great place to stay!

Very nice clean, comfortable accommodation, close to blue-line subway stop, so easy access to downtown. Great restaurants within easy walking distance. The owners went out of their way to be helpful by providing info regarding sightseeing, restaurants, transportation and shopping. They were very easy to contact and always answered promptly. The Casa is a lovely place in a great Chicago location. It's close to downtown, but without the outrageous parking fees. The owners were extremely responsive, accommodating and kid friendly. The indoor hot tub was a plus. We'd definitely stay there again.

I must say I have been to Chicago many of times, but this was one of the best places I have stayed thus far. The earth tones in the condo was very warm an inviting. The bed was fantastic and the jacuzzi was awesome. The neighborhood was very friendly and quiet. The owners Raphal and Tracy was great. very attentive. I will be back this summer to visit again, and I will be staying in the same condo if it is available. Really I loved it..... SJW

A great place for a mellow vacation! Easy to get to downtown too, if you want to explore. But we really just needed to hang out together and sleep, and it was great! Roomy, cozy, great brunch places nearby.

Location, owners, and home were great –very kept, clean and updated plus plenty of space and amenities, not to mention the huge Jacuzzi. Little Italy was a nice safe neighborhood, easy to catch a cab, and only 5min or so from downtown. Why would you stay in a hotel a fourth of the size for double the money?!?! Will definitely be back.

Great Stay, Unique Place

We recently stayed here for three nights. The condo is owner run and the owner was very helpful and informative. The condo was great and definitely a unique place to stay. The jacuzzi was amazing to relax in after a long day of sight seeing. It's location is great as well. Close to the L and in the middle of Little Italy. Aside from the somewhat uncomfortable sofa-bed (but which ones are?) the place was fantastic. Will definitely stay here again!!
