Welcome to Chicago!

Come visit our 1bd/1ba condo. This is a very large unit -- the largest floor plan downtown. Our condo is located in the heart of downtown Chicago. It is 1 block from the Navy Pier where there are shops, restaurants and the lakefront. We are a 5 min walk to the Michigan Ave with world class shopping and department stores. And, we're a 15 min walk to Millennium and Grant Park where there are events year round. The majority of the downtown restaurants and shops are around us as well as 2 grocery stores within 1 block. When you arrive to the unit, you will feel like you are in the heart of downtown. You won't know what to do first.

This unit is fully furnished, with a king size bed in the bedroom. It is a corner unit with stunning views of the lake and city. Additionally, there are a lot of amenities in the building, like an indoor pool, large fitness center, and indoor tennis courts. Come check us out!

Fantastic Stay!

My husband and I stayed with our 2 children (2.5 years and 10 months) at this condo and had a great experience, overall. There's a king bed in the BR, 1 Bath, small kitchen and DR/LR. It was a great size for our family. Our 2.5 year old slept on an air mattress on the floor of the BR and our baby fit perfectly in her pack n play in the large closet off the BR. It gave each of them their own space to sleep. The furnishing/decor are minimal but adequate, especially for the price. The kitchen had all the necessary items but could have used some updates (nicer pots and a few more forks/knives). The building was very nice and secure. There's a loading area to north of the entrance where you can park to unload/load stuff (we had 2 kids so lots of "stuff"). The condo has an amazing view of the lake. It's extremely convenient to the main attractions of Chicago too. About the same distance to Navy Pier and Michigan Ave - VERY close. Grocery stores are close, convenient store in the building and coffee shops across the street. It's about 1/2 mile to the subway and buslines are closer. We took the water taxi to the museum complex which was easy (from Navy Pier). For the price, we couldn't ask for anything more. It was a great choice and MUCH nicer than staying in a hotel for our family. Definitely something I'd recommend to others!

Great Location!!

The location was basically walking distance from everything. If we wanted to go somewhere further we had the bus stop just a block away. The apartment was in good condition and was fully equipped as promised. The only thing is that the only communication you have with the managing company is via phone or email and since I didn't know who I was renting from it made me insecure when I arrive. Besides that I recommend the apartment.

PRETTY AMAZING FOR THE PRICE! VERY FEW PROBLEMS...

OVERALL THIS IS AN AMAZING DEAL FOR $100/NIGHT! The views are majestic as you clearly see the Navy Pier and Lake Michigan. The couches and bed are very comfy. The small problem I have was the shower, which was very choppy with the water flow. Parking was also not explained till we got there that it would be $30/day. So, for a three-day stay, it was well over $80. Not too bad considering downtown Chicago. Oh yeah, and the location was great. Right next to the Magnificent Mile. You're right near everything. The deposit is fairly steep, but if you have the money to spend then definitely take the owners up on this. It's well worth it and one of the cheapest places you'll find in the downtown district.

Great Views, lake and city!

Great views of both the lake and the city. Much better than staying in a hotel, and location, location, location!! Close to everything, with a 7 11 right in the building. Lots of places to eat within blocks. Our apt. was on the 24th floor. Very clean and furbished with all you need. Loved the whole wall of windows in the living room. and the closet space! Only con I can think of was the lack of hot water pressure. I would love to stay here again.
