Our 5 star condominium is located just steps from the world's best shopping, dining, culture, and entertainment. 30 East Huron reflects the comfort and style of the best hotels the city has to offer.
This beautiful penthouse unit on the 48th floor has just completed a total gut rehab November 2005. Everything is totally new. The fully-equipped kitchen features Stainless Steel appliances with Granite countertops and limestone floors. The Master bath has a large walk-in shower with tiled limestone, floor-to-ceiling.
Relax in the spacious living room with panoramic views of the city and lake. Watch your favorite DVD or cable on the 50 inch high-definition plasma TV. Seating here is provided by 2 customized Italian leather sofas, one of them a queen size sleeper. To keep in touch with the outside world, high-speed wireless Internet is available at no additional charge. The bedrooms are comfortable, roomy and restful. Sleep on queen-size beds with 1000 count Egyptian cotton sheets, complete with a leather chair to unwind and watch the world go by.

We had a great week, and really appreciated the location, and the wonderful parking facility. Everyone was very friendly, and the apartment was comfortable and fully equipped. Wish we had used the pool and fitness center, but we walked a LOT! Owner Supplied Testimonials

I just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed our trip to the city and stay in your lovely, tasteful, and comfortable accommodations. It was a perfect fit for us four old ladies. We spent time at the Art Institute, Luma Gallery, shopping, dining, etc. None of us had seen Millenium Park and that was fun. We also enjoyed seeing Menapause Musical at the Apollo Theatre. My son came in from Barrington one day for lunch and he parked in your convenient parking spot and we walked to 110 Bistro,

Here for National Restaurant Assoc. Wonderful apartment, almost make us want to move to the city! Having such comfortable accommodations makes our long hectic days at the NRA show much more relaxed and enjoyablel Thank you for offering this to us! Here for Memorial Day Weekend 2006. Weather was perfect, no rain. Too much to see and do in 3 days, we'll have to come back. It was great having the entire family together all in one place. We walked everywhere: Beach, Navy Pier for fireworks, Millenium Park. French toast in the condo and magnificent views during breakfast

After spending the past four days in this fabulous condo, this is my new choice for lodging when I'm in Chicago. The owners are great, the view is fabulous and the location is just off Michigan Avenue. Being only a block from a train station, we enjoyed being able to take the El to plays, Wrigley Field, the airports and other other favorite spots in town. The only problem with this unit is that it is so relaxing and the views are so good that you won't want to get out and do Chicago. Suffer through it anyway. :)

We stayed in the two bedroon apartment on the forty eighth floor over Presidents Weekend, 2006. The apartment was beautiful and the location ideal. The layout worked very well for four adults and one nine-year old boy. We plan to stay there again.

Truly a first class condo. Furnishings are much nicer than you would expect in a rental property, and the location is great. We had 2 couples which helped defray the cost; if you're thinking about renting two hotel rooms, forget that and rent this condo!
