Lovely place!

This place was great! It's in a good location, very clean, close to super market, which was very convenient. It was a group of 11 and we all fit very comfortably! There were a few things that prevented me from giving the place a 5 One was the jacuzzi had something wrong with it, and would periodically throughout the night until it went though a cycle. It would have been nice, if the owner let us know ahead of time, so we didn't use it, especially since we used it at night and it did not turn completely off until about 2am. Also the TV's were difficult at times, but we got a handle on it after a while. Again, just some minor things, but after the jacuzzi was off and we figured out the TV's we had a great time and enjoyed the house! We would definitely go again!

We're always glad to hear when guests enjoy their stay. An important part of the rental process is reading the instructions received via email to the home. All guests are supplied with detailed instructions on TVs, wifi, etc. prior to their arrival which they are directed to print out before their stay. It avoids a lot of issues that would cause problems. Thank you for the positive review.

This place was awesome! Slept 9 of us comfortably. Location is close to everything, either on the EL or by a short taxi ride. All of us would highly recomend groups to stay here!

We had a great time in Chicago, and our stay in this house certainly contributed to that. Good location. Close to transit system. Spacious house, fits 10 people easily, with good equipment for cooking.

We rented this home for a family girls weekend in Chicago. It was great! It's difficult to find a place in Chicago where 12 ladies can all stay in one place comfortably, but we found it here! We had all the comforts of home, and loved the luxury upgrades. The wine fridge sure came in handy ;) and everyone LOVED the master bath shower! There were plenty of linens, and towels, and most basics were provided for the house. There's also a small grocery store just down the street. We didn't have to drive anywhere(awesome)! We loved all the shops in Lincoln Square, and it was a short train ride into the city. We will be staying here for our next trip! Can't wait!

Girls Weekend in Chicago

We stayed here for a girls weekend and it worked out wonderfully! The townhouse is less than a 5 minute walk to the L and it is gorgeous inside. The bathrooms are awesome! We had plenty of space for a large crowd. I would highly recommend for any big groups heading to Chicago!

Family Weekend

My husband and I had out of town family come to Chicago for the weekend. This property was spacious, clean, beautiful, and just what we needed. We had our son baptised on Feb 14th and that evening we had a get together at the property. The kitchen is a great place to entertain and the layout of the house is perfect! The bathrooms were gorgeous and the bedrooms were spacious. We enjoyed the entire experience. Thank you Megan and Dan! We would recommend this property to anyone.
