On the top level you will find 3 bedrooms and a master bath, the eat in kitchen, dinning room & living room are on the main entrance level of the home. The lower of the three levels features a large den with a wood burning fireplace and a full bath with one additional bedroom, basement has washer dryer and ironing station and with a Generous amount of closet & storage space throughout the entire home. Rental Policy
We have a minimum age limit for renters: We do not rent to groups where there is no one under 25. We also do not rent to people intending to throw parties or to groups of students of any age regardless of whether they are chaperoned by an adult or not. The maximum capacity of this vacation rental is 10 people. We will sometimes make slight adjustments on these limits with prior approval.
Smoking is not allowed in the home. You are welcome to smoke outdoors in the backyard or patio. Ashtrays are provided for smoking.
