October 19, 2012

I had my big family stay here for my wedding and it housed everyone. The house is huge and wonderful, made for a big family. The yard was really big but it was a little too cold in Chicago that weekend to hang out outside. The neighborhood was great, really beautiful and safe and right off the expressway. It was a quiet neighborhood filled with beautiful houses. You would never have guessed you were in Chicago. I will rent this house again for family when they come to visit me in Chicago. Highly recommended!

3 day Summer Family Getaway

July 5, 2012

This home rental was booked on a prayer not knowing the Chicago area. We had a difficult time finding the location and were appreciative the owner was available to help guide us out of the projects! We were very pleased with the quiet safe location. It is 20 minutes from downtown with traffic. The house was clean and had the basics provided (towels, cooking utensils, coffee pot). The only items that were of concern was that the upstairs shower did not drain well and the backyard is not fenced for pets. We brought our two small dogs with us and were thankful they were accepted so chose to enjoy our morning walks with the pups. Overall, it was a great place to stay in Chicago. The owner is very approachable and easy to talk to about popular places to visit in Chicago. We would love to visit again!
