This is the perfect lakefront retreat to rest and relax with family and friends. New construction located on the beautiful North Shore of Lake Bridgeport, this home is on deep water with a private dock! Enjoy a backyard BBQ or watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee on the covered back patio that overlooks the lake. Natural rock fireplace and fire pit in the backyard make this retreat a perfect getaway anytime of the year. Swim or fish off the two story dock. Backyard features a custom built two story playhouse, fire pit, and gas grill. The marina is located within walking distance of the lodge and sells groceries, gas, and watercraft rentals. Bring your own boat and experience all the North Shore has to offer.
Area Information
Located on the West Fork of the Trinity River, Lake Bridgeport Texas is 11,954 acres with a maximum depth of 85 feet. The lake was created in 1932 to future flooding of the city of Fort Worth.
The fishing is rated good for Largemouth/Smallmouth Bass, Catfish and Sunfish and fair for Crappie and White/Striped Bass. Check out the current lake bridgeport fishing report and records.
Moss Lake Lodge is located in deep water at the north end of beautiful Lake Bridgeport tucked away in a secluded setting about 50 miles northwest of Fort Worth adjacent to Moonlight Bay, Sunset Bay, and North Star Pointe.

Beautiful Lake House

I used the house for two different church retreats of about 10 people each. The House is plenty big enough for gatherings of that size. I really appreciated the open feel to the kitchen and living room. The house was perfect...not too country and not too formal...just right! The only drawback to the property is the small backyard as well as some of the trailers and other properties in close proximity to it. It is not secluded by any stretch of the imagination. Other then that i loved everything about it and would not hesitate to stay there again. The owner of the property is great and very easy to work with!

Fabulous for Fourteen

Our family - 2 grandparents, 2 daughters and their husbands, and 8 grandchildren - spent 3 great days enjoying the Lake Lodge and Lake Bridgeport. We had plenty of room. The kids really loved the bunk room - first time they'd had their own sleepover. We had room for all of us to eat together - a first! Enjoyed all the lodge had to offer inside and out. Loved the outside patio in the evenings. The 2-story dock was perfect for the kids. They (3 of them) enjoyed jumping off the top story. The others enjoyed the bottom deck. We're already talking about a return trip next summer.
