Description of the Chicxulub vacation home rental

-THIS is a "5,500 Ft2" Villa with a nice and relaxing Tropical Flavor, with many Coconut Trees where you may reach for a coconut and enjoy a cool "COCO TONIC", or have a Siesta (nap) in a Hammock at the Palapa Terrace feeling the sea breeze and maybe watching some dolphins passing by (very often).

-This is the Villa layout:
**1st FLOOR:
Kitchen, Dining and living Room, Front and Rear Terrace (one w/Palapa and hammock with seafront view), Full Bathroom with an extra outdoor shower, laundry room with a sunny space to hang wet clothes, 2 outside tables one of them with palapa, 2 car garage.
"Bedroom #1"
With 2 twin size bed, Ceiling Fan, Hammock, Balcony with Hammock and ocean vew, a full Bathroom,*A/C (optional surcharge) the rooms are well ventilated.
"Bedroom #2"
With 2 twin size bed, Ceiling Fan, great palm trees view, Full Bathroom and *A/C (optional surcharge) the rooms are well ventilated.
**2nd Floor:
"Master Suite" W/King size bed, Ceiling Fan,
Hammock, TV, DVD, Alarm Clock, Full Bathroom, Balcony Palapa with Hammock overlooking the ocean,*A/C (optional surcharge) the rooms are well ventilated.
NOTE:
*A/C is not always needed as all the rooms have ceiling fans, are well ventilated and the sea breaze is refreshing, anyway you can decide if you want it once you are here)

-Progreso is a fishermans villa, with a lot of flavor and frendly people, here you will find all the activities the sea and beaches have to offer.

-A mile away from the house is a Flamingos Santuary where you will be able to watch this birds in their natural habitat.
-About 100 yards from the Villa are some under water rocks housing small fish that is always fun snorkel.

-Drive 30 min. to Merida and discover a city founded in 1542, with a Rich History, Colonial Buildings, Beautiful Streets, Great Dinning, Night Clubs, Shopping etc.
Here you can find all the convinience like supermarket, Good Quality Medical Assistance, The American Embassy, Banks, International Airport, etc.

• Other Fees: * Extra Day: $160.- usd * * Safety deposit $200 usd * $50.- clean fee. * $100.- Per week For A/C connection. (electricity in Yucatan is extremely expensive, bedrooms are well ventilated and all have ceiling fans so A/C is optional and not alwais needed) ***If in doubt please ask.
