A beautiful beach front house located 1 km away from Chicxulub in the Yucatan peninsula.
A place where you can rest, enjoy the nature and have fun at the same time.
The 3 bedroom, 3 bathrooms make this a perfect vacations
for familes and honeymoons.

If you are a golf player there is golf course only 15 minutes away by car.

In Chicxulub you can find anything you want such as a church, drugstores, the post office, a hospital, banks, parks, the Market or excellent seafood restorants by the "malecon" of Progreso.

Area Information

In Chicxulub or Progreso, are many thing to do:

- If you enjoy the regional food or the seafood there are a lot of excellent restaurants by the malecon with an excellent enviroment.

- If you like to go fishing, you can find many fishermen in
Chicxulub with whom you can arrange a fishing trip for a low cost.

- If you are a golf player there is golf course only 15 minutes away by car

- If you like snorkeling, walks on the beach or swimming, you can do
it right in front of the house.

-If you are like exotic sports you have a club where you can learn or practice windsurf and kite.

- You also have the Mayan ruins very close, like Dzibixaltun (20 minutes) or Chichen Itza (90 minutes), and the beautiful Merida City 20 mins away, and Cancun at 3 hrs.

Lovely Beach House

March 7, 2013

The view was wonderful. The house was everything we thought it would be. During the winter months the beach area comes and goes, but the pool and outdoor area made up for the lack of beach. Inconveniences were handled in a timely manner. However, the lack of hot water was on ongoing problem. It was a wonderful outdoor space which we took full advantage as we enjoyed margaritas in the sun.

We had a wonderful stay and the accomodations were very nice. The beachfront needs a little cleaning but that problem is not exclusive to our rental. Could have used some sattelite tv but I'm the only sports nut. It is a great jumping off point for exploring all of the historical and ecological sites in the area. I loved trips to Merida and Progresso had wonderful seafood restaurants.
