This cottage is the perfect peaceful romantic or family getaway with a cozy, comfortable interior, calm waters with a dock and float, and two kayaks and a canoe to enjoy scenic, undiscovered Lovejoy Pond. Enjoy picnics on the uninhabited island, or at the edge of the meadow just a short walk down a deserted wooded lane.

This cottage is located on Lovejoy Pond in Albion, ME, near China Lake. Albion is a landscape of rolling hills, picturesque farms and beautiful pastureland. The nearby town of Unity has a wonderful weekend farmers market and is home to the beautiful demonstration gardens and orchard of the Maine Organic Farmers and Gardeners Association. Both Albion and Unity have groceries and ice cream stands. Albion is only 15 minutes from the historic inland town of Waterville with retaurants and movies, and only 20 minutes from the picturesque coastal town of Belfast with shops, movies, and great restaurants. Albion is close to the entire midcoast Maine region, with it's lovely harbors, mountains, shops, restaurants, antiquing and thriving arts scene.
