Description of the Chios vacation apartment rental

Newly constructed house is 10 minutes drive from the port of chios but only minutes walk to a local beach.Flat is furnished with cooking appliances and is air conditioned. A washing machine is includes as well as a tv.The living room couch opens for added space.A long veranda with table and chairs looks over our flour garden.there is also a table and chairs next to garden and has plenty of shade. Plenty of parking space available.House is situated in a no thru traffic area with farm land surrounding it.
Two super markets are within a short walking distance as well there are three small tavernas in the area.Next to the sea.
