New apt.w balcony near beach wi-fi

House is situated near the coast 10 minutes drive from port of chios and 30 min. from airport.It's only a 5 minute walk to the beach.
Apartment is on 1st floor of house and includes a fully equipped kitchen,washing mashine and air conditioner.There is a fold out couch in the living room and we can also add another single bed.The veranda is long and has view of sea and muntains.There is parking space next to the house and a bus stop that runs on the hour 5 minutes away.

Mano Axiotis

House is in a no thru traffic area with farm land and a childrens playground near by.the neighbors are friendly and some speak french.We have a nice garden with plenty of flowers as well as olive and orange trees.there is also a sitting area below the balcony that is shaded with table and chairs.
The beach is a 5 minute walk away .The bus stop is also 5 minutes away and they stop every hour thru the day for convenient transport to town and back.Two super markets and restaurants are within a short walking distance.there is also an outlet for fresh fish and another for vegetables and fruit only a short walk away.

a children play ground is 5 minutes away.and 3 local restaurants in the immediate area.
