Description of the Chocolate Hole vacation villa rental

Cliffside Terrace is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath seaside villa with a cantilevered pool and sundeck that overhangs the glittering emerald waters of Chocolate Hole Bay. A private path (3-4 minute hike) leads to excellent snorkeling, swimming and kayaking in the calm 82 degree waters below you. Cliffside is located at the end of a private drive and with only one neighbor it offers a peaceful and quiet romantic hideaway where the silence is broken only by the sounds of waves gently lapping the shore below you. Wall to wall screened windows and glass doors and a wonderfully scenic location assure beautiful views from both the interior and exterior.

Several years ago my husband and I rented this house. We still have an $880 credit for this beautiful house in St. John and realistically we really don't have the time right now with small kids to go back there so we are trying to sell our credit of $880. Obviously, there has to be something in it for those who are considering purchasing it, so we are selling our credit for $750. What this means is that you would buy our credit for $750 from us but you would actually have $880 in credit with the rental company. Depending on what time of year you went to St. John would depend on far this credit would take you but you can buy additional time there as well.

Area Description

To the east, sailboats float peacefully on a sparkling turquoise sea, while to the south St. Croix is often visible on the horizon. At night the jacuzzi offers an intimate spot to gaze at the stars and watch moon beams dance across the shimmering Caribbean, or take a 5 minute drive and enjoy one of Cruz Bay's many excellent restaurants. Because the National Park includes offshore reefs and undersea life, St. John offers some of the finest snorkeling in the Caribbean, and Cliffside is a good choice for avid snorkelers (and kayakers). However, if you enjoy just reading, relaxing and "limin" in a quiet, comfortable villa in a wonderfully scenic location, you'll love this waterfront location. The intimate and thoroughly romantic character of Cliffside is perfect for honeymooners and lovers, but small families also greatly enjoy this villa.
