Balinesian style, 3 "pod" structure - Main house surrounded by 2 bedroom guest wing and master wing all connected by wrap around cantilevered decks with ocean views in three directions. 40 shuttered mahogany doors opening from room to decks. Direct stairs from decks to 1 mile of "private" beach. Constructed of Mahogany, Cherry and Cypress.

Pointe Nirvana (the villa) is located on a private island with 5 private homes and a newly constructed private club with large marina and villas under construction. Pointe Nirvana is 2 miles from the new development. The nearest "neighbor" is 1 mile away. The island is small, no Bahamian settlement.
