One bedroom, one bathroom, totally self contained guest house for a long-term vacation rental or University of Peace student.

Area Description

Located in a rural setting 40 minutes at peak time from San Jose airport and 20 min. capital city. 5 minutes to Ciudad Colon and El Rodeo/University for Peace. Convenient to all shopping,restaurants,cinemas and reliable bus system. The rental one bedroom house is a lovely compact but very functional place surrounded by gardens with a wonderful mountain view.
The retired Canadian owners have lived in the country 14 years and reside in an adjacent house. They offer a special long-term rate for university students. Maid service is an available extra.
