North GA Mountains Lake Burton Cabin Dogs OK - We Accept Credit Cards

PLEASE call us for all cabins available!!

We have a wonderful 1BR w/1BR loft and sleeper sofa that sleeps 6 now avaiable for nightly, weekly and weekend rentals.It is RIGHT at Lake Burton so bring your boat. ALL the amenities of home in the North Ga Mountains in Rabun County. Rates are $100 per night or $500 per week or $250 for a long weekend. There is a $50 cleaning fee for all stays and we do ask that you leave it as cleanly as you find it. This is our private mountain get away so please treat it with care.

We do can Thursday night to Sunday noon rentals for a special of $250 total but you have to clean the place and leave it as clean as you found it or you can pay the $50 celaning fee...... bedding and towels should be left clean :)

The address is 2 Hill Camp Lane. There is a number on the cabin. It is the first new one on the right going down hill from Hwy 76 W behind Lake Burton Grocery.

Additionally, Hill Camp Lane is essentially a two way driveway next to the Lake Burton Grocery - 7335 Hwy 76 W. The Grocery is approximately 7 miles west of Clayton from the intersection of US 441 and Hwy 76. It is approximately 1 to 2 miles west of where Hwy 76 crosses the Tallulah river end of Lake Burton.

You are not on the water, but will be within a short drive (2 minutes) or walk to the Anchorage Marina (it is one of only 2 marinas on the lake). They have ski-doo and boat rentals as well as gas and bait. There are a couple of nearby antique stores and excellent antique shops in Dillard (30 minute drive north on 441 from Clayton).

The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen with all cooking needs. It has central air / heating and a fireplace.

You are not on the water, but will be within a short (2 minutes)walk to the Anchorage Marina (it is one of only 2 marinas on the lake). They have ski-doo and boat rentals as well as gas and bait. There are a couple of nearby antique stores and excellent antique shops in Dillard (30 minute drive north on 441 from Clayton).

There is excellent bass fishing on the lake and trout fishing up the Tallulah river in the Forestry park. There are also numerous hiking trails, waterfalls and state parks. Lake Rabun Beach park (National Forestry Service) is nearby and has a small beach, grills, and boatramp and allows pets on leashes.

There is also a Georgia Power beach on Charlie Mountain Rd just around the corner from the cabin (5 minuter drive); it is open after Memorial Day. There is also a Georgia Power boat ramp at Murphy cover that is about 10 - 15 minutes away (parking for boat trailers).
