Description of the Cle Elum vacation home rental

We offer a unique, private and spacious setting to entertain and accommodate large groups; including: corporate stays, extended wedding weekends, church group retreats, family reunions or imaginative getaways.

Our lodge sleeps up to 48 with pricing based on 30, 36 or 48.

Our specialty events are a low per person fee over guest count based on the size of event and have the option of using our campgrounds and cabins for overnight use. Enjoy our 15 secluded acres nestled at the base of Peoh Point.

The lodge is spacious both inside and out. The beautiful grounds have gardens, event sized lawns, a ceremony circle, trails through our secret garden, campsites, and cabins. We are continually expanding our accommodations to fit the needs of our guests so please inquire as to what is new.

Area Information

The Upper County is the gateway to a vast wilderness area. Few other areas offer the abundance of recreational opportunities available here. The cities are located at the foot of the Cascade Mountains. With access to thousands of acres of mountain forest and high country lakes and streams, the area is a summer paradise for backpackers, campers and fishermen. In the winter, the hills and mountains draw cross-country skiers, snowmobilers and showshoers to find their own paths or follow the many groomed trails in the Wenatchee National Forest and across state and private lands.

wonderful time beautiful home

We had a great time here. The house was spacious and perfect for big families. I actually was able to get some unexpected sleep. The pillows and bed were very comfortable. We did however have a problem with the gas and heating. We contacted them and they weren't able to come out so we got the 3rd night free. The upstairs was extremely hot but the downstairs was freezing. We made the most of it and had a great time. I would definitely come back here again to this house but I would make sure they turned up the gas for the stove and the heat downstairs. Thank you

Big Smiles at The Big House Lodge

Despite a complete lack of snow, this was by far our best youth winter retreat we have had. The House is set up in a way that makes it very easy to socialize together. There are tons of things to do inside and out. The layout of the rooms is very functional. Our were instantly enthusiastic about the accommodations as soon as we arrived and left pumped for next year! The property owners were also very nice to work with and ensured that we had a great stay. We were so blessed this year to find the perfect location for our retreat!
