Description of the Clear Lake vacation apartment rental

This vacation home is at the foot of mountain and on the lake, where you can enjoy the breathtaking sunrise and sunset on the lake with surrounding mountains. Hear the waves tapping the shore, see birds floating by and fish jumping in the lake while cooking gourmet food in the kitchen. Bring your water toys, and launch them from the private beach, swim or go fishing at the backyard! Or simply just lay on the beach and get some sunbath or look at the stars at night!
This beautiful new lakefront home is a duplex house with two 3br/2ba units. The two units are side by side, have exact same layout. Each unit has its own private yard and upper and lower decks. The large living room consists of a dining area and a family entertainment quarter. Spacious upstairs’ master bedroom and downstairs’ living room have the spectacular view of Mount Konocti and the lake. Each unit features a fully-enclosed yard and is kid and pet friendly. Each unit has its own kitchen, separate entrance and private spaces. The two units have common area at the front of the house if you have a big group and rent the whole house.

Area Description

This vacation home is conveniently located in Nice on the northern shore of Clear Lake. It is just 2 hours of scenic drive from San Francisco or Sacramento. Nice is about ten minutes North of Lakeport, California

There are now close to 20 wineries in Lake County. This house is 0.7 miles away from awarding winingCeàgo Del Lago winery, 0.5 miles away from Tulip Hill Winery
Robinson Rancheria Resort & Casino is 3 minutes away. As well as testing out Lady Luck, there are concerts and good food.
