Two Gorgeous Lake Front Cottages on Clear Lake. Mallard House #1 & #2 at Bell Haven Resort offers two charming, well-appointed 1bd/1ba cottages in a private and historic resort on beautiful Clear Lake in Soda Bay.
Soda Bay is located in the town of Kelseyville on the west shore of breathtaking Clear Lake, just minutes from Konocti Vista Casino and Clear Lake State Park. The cottages leave nothing to be desired, full kitchen, living room, and bedroom. Mallard House Cottages are only cleaned with organic cleaners, and both are nonsmoking. Each sleeps 4 with all new furniture and appliances. The rec room has a full size pool table as well as ping pong, and the 3.5 acre resort is fully fenced with it's own private beach and brand new dock. Bring your boat and your fishing pole, Clear Lake is the largest natural lake in the state of California and second oldest lake in the world! It's also the #1 bass lake in the nation, and the early fall is the best time for boating, you will have the whole lake to yourself.

Included with your rental is the use of kayaks and a row boat that are shared with the other 4 cottages.

Low season rental rates are $75 per night, (2 night minimum). Mid Season is $90 per night, (2 night minimum), High Season rates are $125 for regular nights,
(2 night minimum), and $150 per night, (3 night minimum), for Holiday Weeks. Early check in and late check out are available based on the booking schedule, you can inquire about them at the time of booking. There is a $45 cleaning fee for any stay. ALL PRICES QUOTED ARE FOR 2 GUESTS, ADDITIONAL GUESTS UP TO A TOTAL OF 4 ARE AN ADDITIONAL $10 PER PERSON, PER NIGHT.

ALSO AS OF 1/13, THIS UNIQUE AND ONE OF A KIND PROPERTY IS AVAILABLE FOR SALE!! ASKING $259,950 FOR BOTH COTTAGES, FULLY FURNISHED, WITH A NEW 7'x 100' $27,000 DOCK. LOW HOA DUES OF $390 PER MONTH, COVERS THE FULL TIME CARETAKERS ON PREMISES, CABLE, WI-FI, ALL WATER AND GROUNDS MAINTENANCE.

Other Fees: $45 cleaning fee per cottage/ per stay, regardless of the length of stay. We don't have any laundry facilities at the cottages, so the cleaning crew charges us and additional $40 to take the linens into town, wash and dry them and bring them back. So we offer it to you with or without sheets and towels. If you'd like to bring your own Queen size sheets and towels, you will save yourself $40. If you rent both cottages, there is only one linen charge. Linen charges are waived in the off season.

We stayed here one night while attending a concert at Konocti. Its right on the lake with a great new dock! Nice grounds, clean, and cozy! Caretakers are dolls!
