The house was great. It has lots of space around, so you will have some privacy. This is ,actually, a waterfront property, but I would not recommend swimming here, the county beach is just 20 minutes north. You may be able to launch a small portable boat though. The owner is a busy person (contacting takes time), but very nice, friendly and responsible. Contact me if you have any questions at whale271(at)mail.ru
