Feel very much at home in this very clean and well maintained 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with extra Florida room that can be used as third bedroom, it has a day bed.
It location is excellant steps to the white powder sand and warm Gulf of Mexico waters, just 1 mile south of Clearwater Beach in Beautiful Sand Key.
The unit is fully furnished with 1 King size bed in master bedroom, and 2 Twin beds in 2nd. bedroom, also a pull out couch in livingroom.
Kitchen is fully decked out with microwave, toasted, coffee/cappo. machine, blender, dishes, cooking utensils ect.
Washer and dryer in unit.
It has 2 t.v's, V.C.R, DVD and stereo.
Fresh linens, towels and beach towels. Tennis rackets and beach toys and has a small video library for those lazy days.
Just bring your swim suit.
Local phone service also included.
The complex has heated pool, hot tub, putting green, fitness center and sauna. Short walk to Shops at Sand Key and great local restaurants, Dunkin' Donuts,souviner shops, Bank, Beauty salon and convienence store, Take the trolley into town or further south to Treasure Island and Johns Pass.
Assigned Parking space provided and 24 hour security.
