Vacation Rental Policies

Check Out: 11 a.m.
Lodging Tax: 12%
Deposits: $500.00 Deposit to secure a rental. This will inturn be used as a security deposit and returned to you providing there is no damage to the unit. $65.00 cleaning fee
Other Fees: On a one month minimum rental add 12% Florida tax, $50.00 registration fee and $65.00 cleaning fee. Rental of six months or greater there's no Florida tax.

Enjoyed the stay at this condo thoroughly, January 5, 2009

We had stayed at a different condo at the landmark towers (where this condo is located) 5 years back and we knew that the Building's location and the condo layout & ocean views were awesome. So, we purposefully looked for a condo in the same building for this trip and found this one. The condo is clean, kitchen is excellently furnished (with spices and cooking oil too!), the furniture is adequate and in great condition, and the views from any part of the condo are excellent. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 are because of outdated TVs (LCDs or newer TVs would be desirable) and entertainment center (no DVD player, instead, an outdated VCR in living room). This is because there is little to do outside for families after sunset in Clearwater and the TV/DVD/Movies is the best entertainment option. Overall, a great experience. The owner, Louis Vinci, was extremely friendly and helpful. He responded promptly to every query and did his best to resolve any issues/concerns.

AMAZING GULF VIEW!!!, May 5, 2008

MY WIFE AND I HAD A GREAT MONTH, WE WANTED TO STAY AN EXTRA MONTH BUT IT WAS ALREADY RENTED. THE CONDO IS FULLY STOCKED AND VERY AFFORDABLE. NEXT YEAR WE WILL STAY LONGER. WE DID NOT NEED A THING EXCEPT OUR CLOTHS. THE GULFVIEW WAS BREATHTAKING AND RELAXING.
