Large Condo with a Gorgeous View

This is a very large condo with a gorgeous view. It was very clean with lots of towels and a well equipped kitchen. It is an end unit so it has lots of light. There are nice flat screen TVs in all of the rooms. The living room furniture is a little dated. It is a great value for the money.

Very nice condo that is close to the public beach in clearwater but a little bit of a hike to pier 60. There is a trolley stop right outside the door, so that is an option. The layout is very spacious and it has everything you need to have a relaxing vacation. Pool on site is good for kids under 12. 3rd bedroom is a little odd since the doors are made of glass which might be an issue if you have young children and put them to bed before sundown.

The place and views were amazing and very reasonable priced. The owner was pleasant. My only negative was the pool is tiny and only had 8 chairs for 50 plus people at pool daily. I watched several people including myself come into pool area and then leave because of no chairs Luckely we walked next door to the hotel and used their very nice pool with lots of chairs and unbrellas.

we(owners)point this issue to the condo associations and as of mid May we have a new chairs and umbrellas !

Although our arrival was a bit shakey with problems with the entry code, the remainder of our time was awesome. The location was perfect for the beach and was a great setting for running and biking as well. The unit was beautifully decorated and fully equipped. Clearwater Beach is an amazing location.

The condo was fabulous! It was close to the water and beaches. Clean, well furnished. The owner was easy to work with. We loved the sunshine in the AM on the patio and the shade on the patio for the afternoon. The pool and pool deck is small but we were able to always get a chair poolside and we were there Easter week. Would rent from this complex again!

Great Location To Everything

We had a blast...The first couple of days my wife and several others took grandkids and others to Disney and I called up some of my ol Tampa friends and we had a great time just sipping cool ones and fishing right there on the seawall. The family got back a couple days later we hit Clearwater Beach, Clearwater Aquarium, fishing for the kids, boating, dolphins right out the balcony, beautiful views. Just an all in all goodtime and if you like to eat seafood right across the street is Shepards, one of the finest seafood spreads anywhere. Oh and the unit, roomy, great balcony, great views, nice beds, plenty of cookware and linens. Honestly I can't think of anything bad, make sure you get a boat lined up because there are boat slips there as well. Have a great time we did. The Brown's.

Fantastic Apartment!

My family and I stayed at this apartment for New Year and the pictures really don't do it justice, it's a huge apartment with everything you could possibly need. The pool was heated which was great during the winter afternoon's as it got a little chilly once the sun went down. All 3 bedrooms are spacious and the master bedroom/bathroom is beautiful. Close to all shops and restaurants and a 5 minute stoll to the beach. Would highly recommend this property. Excellent communication with the owner and nothing was too much trouble. You won't be dissapointed.

We loved it,great place,our kids loved it.Gorgeous sunset from back balconie,lots of dolphins morning and nigth,very peacefull.Very clean when we arrived.The pool is excellent,warm water.Fully equiped kitchen,(very good for people that prefer cooking).Pharmacy and liquor store rigth at the corner. In general,excellent we give it a 5 star.

This place was just like the pictures. It was VERY VERY clean. The washer and Dryer were a life savor and We are planning to go back and stay in the same place next year. We only ate out once and would fix meals there the rest. We saved so much money by staying here.

The unit was wonderful - comfy, inviting and well furnished. With all the comforts of home and more - it was top notch. It was even stocked with beach items that the kids loved not to mention the chairs for us. We come to Clearwater Beach several times a year and have stayed in other units which have been nice too but we will be repeat customers to this one! Thank you again - we had a great time.

My husband and I went on a short but very needed vacation. This was our first beach trip to Clearwater Beach. We will definitely be making this a frequent vacation.
