No expenses were spared when this 1,100 sq.ft. condo was fully renovated. In addition to a well planned layout and tons of closet space, The gorgeous kitchen has raised panel cabinets, stainless Frigidaire® appliances and granite counter tops. Both large bedrooms have neutral beige carpeting.This condo comes fully furnished with beautiful cottage-inspired furnishings and a washer and dryer.
And, from the large private 6th floor balcony off the living room and master bedroom, you will enjoy unobstructed vistas of Mandalay Channel, St. Joseph's Sound & downtown Clearwater and Dunedin as well as a spectacular light show during the annual 4th of July Fireworks displays in downtown Clearwater, Dunedin, Tampa, throughout the Bay area and as far away as Sarasota. A covered carport & private storage room are also included.

Great Family Vacation

My family of 5 stayed in this wonderful condo. We were very pleased with the size and layout of the unit. It was large enough for everyone to spread out but still had nice areas for us to gather together. The balcony and view were unbelievable! I did not want to leave that great view of the Gulf! The rooms were clean and the king bed slept great. This unit is extremely close to the beach, just down one level and you are there. Very nice pool(sure could use a hot tub though). When we first booked the trip I had never been to Indian Rocks Beach but we have fallen in love with it! It was a close drive to Clearwater and St Pete, yet far enough away that it wasn’t crowded. I lvoed the master closet-it had all kind of goodies in there for the vacationer to use(beach chairs, floats, books etc). Overall my family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and will definitely be back.

Great Location with pool and beach steps from the door. Kids had a great time looking for seashells and jumping in the waves. Very quiet location.. not all the neon signs and noise like other places.

Beautiful place and Beautiful view

This place has it all. It has a beautiful beach view AND beautiful pool/sunset view. There are enormous amounts of beach games to rent for free through the management office. You can relax at the end of the day with your family and grill poolside. The drive from GR, MI to the panhandle of FL is very doable and it's just as nice as Clearwater, but closer! Great Hershey's ice cream store within walking distance of the place with friendly owners. It's a relaxing stay at this place.
