The living room & master bedroom overlook the Gulf; the kitchen and 2nd. bedroom overlook the Intercoastal waterway. The unit features 2 bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms; the the master bedroom has a king sized bed whilst the 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed, there is also a queen sized sofa bed in the main living area. This spectacular unit has been refurbished and updated in 2008, the kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. ALL furniture,bedding, towels & linens are brand new!!! Washer and dryer unit in the condo itself.Flat screen TV, DVD and Cable with High speed Internet access available in the condo.
Lighthouse Towers is an impressive, upscale resort community with pristine gardens and a secure gated community (manned 24 hours). It is one of the newer and most exclusive direct Gulf-front buildings on Sand Key at Clearwater Beach. Each residence looks directly out upon the blue green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and all offer magnificent views of Clearwater Bay. The community itself offers all the amenities you could wish for - including a heated swimming pool, spa, tennis court, basketball hoop, putting green, shuffleboard, outdoor grill, & barbeque / wet-bar cabana.
The beach is right in front of your condo; it's quiet and scenic, perfect for early morning or evening strolls. Sunrises and sunsets are truly breathtaking!
Clearwater is rightly famous for the beauty of its beaches and waters. There are the 'Shoppes at Sand Key'(including restaurants) just across the road and more great restaurants, shops, and attractions are just a short trolley ride away (stops just outside the complex).
A 2 WEEK MINIMUM STAY IS REQUIRED!! Sorry, no pets. A $500,00 deposit is required to hold the condo for you, and the balance is due upon your arrival. The rental deposit will be held until you vacate the unit and will be returned to you upon satisfactory inspection of the unit (within 7 days).

Sand Key is an upscale area of Clearwater Beach, lying just south of the Clearwater beach across the bridge over Clearwater pass. It is close to the tourist areas, yet far enough away to provide a quiet break from the crowds. You can walk for miles and take in the expansive Gulf views, or just sit on the sand and watch the sparkling water.
Gulf Blvd. runs down the center of Sand Key, which is a barrier island on the West Coast of Florida . Less than a mile wide, the Western side of Gulf Blvd has sandy white beaches and a row of high rise condominiums. The Eastern side of Sand Key fronts on the Intracoastal Waterway. Condo's, townhouses, and single family homes line the East side of Gulf Blvd. most with boat docking facilities.
Commercial activity is focused on the North end of Sand Key. Two resort hotels and the Shoppes on Sand Key provide a variety of restaurants, shopping, banking, and resident and tourist services.

Sand Key County Park and the Clearwater Sailing Center attract many visitors and locals. A US Coast Guard station is located on Sand Key. And tennis courts and children's gym toys are available at the city Bayside Park
